The final quarter of 2026 is looking delicious at Hestia Rooftop ✨

🐟 Their new menu officially launched October 12, and we got a taste! Think Salmon Carpaccio, Shrimp Étouffée, Seared Sea Scallops, and Pineapple-Espresso Ribeye, plus new maki rolls Koyo and Taisho—a crispy, tempura-fried futomaki perfect for the season.

🥢 There’s also a new Small Delights category featuring Nasu Yaki and Nikujaga, inviting you to explore Japanese hot dishes through smaller plates.

💙 Next up: A Night on Pandora on Sunday, October 25! This eight-course Avatar-inspired dinner brings the film trilogy to the table with dishes created exclusively for the evening. We previewed The Floating Mountains, a hibiscus dumpling with ginger vegetables and lemongrass sauce, and Reef Clan Catch, seared sea bass with baby bok choy, black rice, and ocean-herb beurre blanc.

⏰ Doors open at 7 PM · Dinner begins at 7:30 PM
