🎨Check out this week’s #MuralMonday!

🚌 Murals going mobile! Three Concord Kannapolis Area Transit (Rider) buses got new wraps this week featuring original artwork by North Carolina-based artists Mayanthi Jayawardena of serendibcreative, natalierobinson_art, and lizhaywood.

The bus wraps are the latest project funded by the City of Concord Public Art Commission to inspire creativity and connection through public art in neighborhoods across the city.

The three art-wrapped Rider Transit buses will be in circulation for approximately two years, giving residents and visitors the opportunity to experience the artwork as part of their everyday commute throughout the city.

📍This week’s mural can be found around the Concord & Kannapolis area.
