Today more people than ever before have access to tools and medicines recommended by WHO to prevent malaria.

Progress towards #malaria elimination continues as several countries near the goal of zero indigenous cases of the disease.

A groundbreaking malaria vaccine is now available for children living in high-transmission areas. Launched in 2021, this long-awaited vaccine - was a significant scientific breakthrough. Why? It is the first vaccine that protects against a parasite and could save tens of thousands of young lives every year. #WHO75 #HealthForAll
