Spanning over six months, Dubai Expo has begun from 1st Oct. This Expo is expected to keep the fuel burning under the resurgent luxury home market. This extravaganza fair is forecasted to be an antidote to the emirate’s property market which witnessed a downward curve due to pandemic. According to reports, the market is already recovering with the increased purchases of housing properties. Last month there were close to 5,800 transactions in Dubai, the strongest performance recorded since December 2013, and up 30.1% on a monthly basis and 135.6% from last August.
