People often ask me the secret to my fitness and I always tell them it is the ‘determination’ to be fit and healthier. You can either join a gym, do a rigorous workout, or cut down your calories but if you are not determined, you cannot sustain it in the long run. So friends, if you plan to be fit or whatever is on your list, make sure you are persistent and earnest in your efforts as it's a gateway to the attainment of your goals.
