Put your goals in writing so you can really solidify those goals in your mind.

Change the screensaver of your phone to a picture of something you truly desire, be that your dream body, your dream house or your dream car. Seeing this every day will motivate you to strive for greatness!
- 
Set mini goals for yourself, don't just have one huge goal and get disappointed when you don't reach it quickly and then give up, this is one of the biggest mistakes I've seen over my career.
- 
If your goal is to lose 10lbs, set mini goals at 2.5lbs, 5lbs and 7.5lbs. This way you can celebrate these smaller achievements on the way to your bigger goal making the overall goal feel that much easier as losing 2.5lbs will feel much easier!
