Praying over all the kiddos and teachers this school year and praying God does some amazing things in and through them! . 4 verses to pray and speak over your kids. 1. Matthew 5:16 “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good deeds and glorify your father in heaven” -Pray they are the light of Jesus to every person they come into contact with! 2. Deuteronomy 3:16 “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave nor forsake you.” -Pray they have boldness in Jesus and that they remember his spirit lives IN them and they have the power to be courageous in HIS name! 3. Matthew 22:37-39 “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment and the second is like it: love your neighbor as yourself.” -Pray they love Jesus with everything they are and that they imitate the heart of Jesus by loving and serving others well. 4. Romans 12:2 “Do not be conformed by the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is- his good, pleasing and perfect will.” -Pray for wisdom and discernment within this world. That they see the patterns of the world, but don’t receive them, instead, living by the truth and patterns of God’s word, allowing them to see and understand His will for their lives! . Prayer is such a powerful tool and I know we forget this at times! Even writing out these verses is so challenging for me to pray them with our kids, over our kids, and instill them into our kids!
