😴 Wanna know the secret to producing your best work as a designer?

SLEEP!

I cannot recommend this enough. 

If you can build in frequent breaks into your creative process, your work will improve. 

Personally, I’m not built to work solidly in 8 hour blocks. I can’t do it. I fall into spirals of creative block and it’s time wasted. 

But when I step away from my desk, even for 5 minutes, and then come back fresh… boy does it give you some perspective.
