The global population of hemophilia patients is thrice what was originally estimated to be. This inherited bleeding disorder often goes undiagnosed for the lack of awareness or helplessly neglected for the lack of accessibility to effective healthcare, especially in lower-income countries. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary that our policymakers finally do something about it and bring everyone access to standard hemophilia treatments.
