It is a misconception that interacting with people who have AIDS is dangerous. AIDS is a non-communicable disease and interacting with someone who is marked positive of AIDS, is actually okay. Talking to them, hugging them or shaking hands with them, will not give you the disease. Stop cornering them and start accepting them.
