⚡🇳🇴 Norway Tests the World’s First Wireless Charging Road for Electric Vehicles! 🚗🔋

Norway has launched a pilot project in Trondheim to test one of the world’s first wireless charging roads for electric vehicles.

Built by the tech company Electreon, the road uses hidden coils placed under the surface that can transfer electricity wirelessly to EVs while they drive. So far, it’s being tested on electric buses, helping them charge automatically as they move — no need to stop and plug in.

The goal is to see how the system works in real Nordic weather and prepare for future use on highways. If successful, it could reduce charging time, extend driving range, and make clean transport even easier.
