We’re heading into ✨ pie baking season ✨ which means now is the perfect time for you to brush up on your skills! I know I feel flustered at Thanksgiving if I haven’t baked a pie since last year 😅 Here are my no-fail tips for perfect pie crust:

🎉 Hydration is key! Don’t over hydrate your dough, or it will be tough
🎉 Keep it chill! Everything should be cold at all stages of working with your dough - if things are warming at any point, stop, drop, and pop it in the fridge or freezer.
🎉 Par Baking isn’t scary! My post walks you through everything you need to know about par or blind baking a crust - my #1 tip is to avoid foil - it will ruin your crust! Use parchment when blind baking.
