My trip to New England started off so bad, with Vermont and most of New York being wiped clean of color and really had to work for the patches that I found. Thankfully, I got word that NH seemed to be delayed and had just started popping off (even though it was only 3 hours from the much wrecked Vermont). During the drive, my moral was pretty low considering what I left in Colorado to come out here but once I arrived into the White Mountains I was absolutely blown away. It was like someone smeared a bright yellow paint brush on every mountain side as far as the eye could see.

Shout out to my friend s.n.photophotography , who was nice enough to help me find this spot and time it up with the Scenic Train schedule that only passes through here once a day. The bright train engines made this already beautiful scene into an epic one and I even got to meet a few cool peeps up there as we chatted in excitement waiting for the train to come. The hike to here is a short, but steep one and a bit of bush wacking. But, it was so worth it.
