## Caption

4 years ago I had high blood pressure, at risk for diabetes and weighed 260 pounds with a size 40 pants. Through hard work and dedication I lost 50 pounds in 6 months and summited my first mountain and fell in love with hiking. Since then I have hiked over 1,000 miles and today I am 194 pounds, with 10 of that gained back in muscle and a size 32 pants. Everyday I'm grateful for these views that saved my life. .
