For this year’s International Women’s Day, we want to celebrate our partnership with Dress for Success by announcing our 2023 Your Hour Her Power nominee, Laurie Kirschner! 💪

Laurie is the Senior Marketing Director at Church & Dwight for Arm & Hammer Laundry and truly embodies what “Your Hour, Her Power” stands for. We believe that when women have access to education and job resources, their contributions strengthen communities, increase organizational effectiveness, and grow economies. By donating one hour of pay, the women of Dress for Success can access programs, services and tools that will help them thrive in work and life.

We are honored to partner with Dress for Success for our 3rd year, as well as to donate $50,000 to Your Hour Her Power. To find out more information on Your Hour Her Power, and to visit Laurie’s Dress for Success page, visit the links in our bio! 🧡
