I grieve different… After meeting the version of myself that lost a part of me… Someone close to me? I avoided opportunities for accountability, encouragement, new relationships, and even closer relationships. I didn’t like life after loss.  It wasn’t until recently that I decided that I do want to live, but not like this. And I am so thankful for @Yvette Henry allowing me to process and providing space.  A tough part about the grieving process is that there is no expiration date. Although there are endless amazing resources on healthy ways to grieve, know that your template may not be found in a book or on a podcast. Listen to your body  and don’t ignore your soul.
