CRNA school is hard. Getting into CRNA school is also hard. ⁠

Showing up day after day to clinical when you *feel* like things aren’t clicking, or when you’ve had a rough day with a preceptor - it’s not easy. ⁠

There are going to be days when you feel like quitting. Where you can’t find the motivation to study. When you are exhausted, wondering why you’re putting yourself through the stress, and questioning if it’s worth it. ⁠

I’m here to tell you, it’s worth it. Keep going. ⁠

Just keep showing up. One foot in front of the other. ⁠
⁠
Take breaks, have a mental health day. Schedule time to do something that fills your cup. ⁠

Or talk with someone. Reach out to a CRNA, colleague or professor. ⁠

Ask for support. ⁠
