Storytelling is one of the oldest forms of communication. It's how history was passed down generation from generation. ⁠
⁠
Being able to tell a captivating and purposeful story is a skill, and something that you should practice. ⁠
⁠
In your interview, you *know* (if you didn't, now you do) that you'll likely be asked some EQ questions aimed at getting to hear your answers to some of these questions. ⁠
⁠
It's not just for fun. It's because CRNA schools is INCREDIBLY hard. It's hard to really grasp the difficulty until you are in it. I'm not saying this to scare you or to deter you, but you absolutely should be able to reflect back and think on some incredibly hard times in your life and how you got through it (and also what your driving motivations are). ⁠

So, think about some of these prompts, identify some key themes, and listen to the podcast with Michelle Miller (link in bio) where she talks about the art of storytelling. ⁠
