Think about things from a programs perspective. They're wondering, "Can this person handle stress?" "Can this person handle some INTENSE science courses?" "Can they get along with difficult personalities in the OR" "Can they safely care for complex, difficult pathophysiologies?" "Can they pass boards on the first try?"⁠

You are trying to get a resounding "yes!" from them, internally. ⁠
⁠
My top two pieces of advice are: ⁠
1. Focus on being well-rounded⁠
2. Connect with your programs, get to know the faculty and school/SRNAs, ask your questions to them directly (attend open houses, info sessions, email/call)⁠
