## Caption

I saw so many SRNAs/NARs at the conference this weekend studying during the breaks and really absorbing all the knowledge they could during the workshops. I also went to a few of their talks, very impressive.

Talk with students who are attending the programs you're interested in, they'll tell you their honest opinion! Where do you find said SRNAs? At open houses, state meetings, national meetings. And I think you'll find that most of them truly do want to help you and see you succeed.

We want strong, kind, intelligent, empathetic, leaders in our profession, and we're willing to give you advice so you don't make the same mistakes as us.

What am I missing from this list, SRNAs and CRNAs?
