Be proud of yourself for scoring an interview. You’ve made it to a step that most don’t make it to. 

Here are some drugs to study for your interviews, but PLEASE, don’t neglect those EQ questions. 

Have examples (read stories) prepared for times when you exemplified leadership, empathy, conflict resolution, sound ethical judgement, keen clinical observations, times you made a mistake, or things you wish you could have done better. 

Above all, it’s important to showcase your thought process and human element. 

Remember, the best communicator wins.
