For the 2022 calendar year according to the NBCRNA (our certifying organization): 

✔️ MICU 84.8%
✔️PICU 84.3% 
✔️Trauma ICU 84.2% 
✔️Mixed CCU 84.1% 
✔️NICU 84.0% 
✔️Neuro 83.8% 
✔️CCU 83.5% 
✔️SICU 82.9% 
✔️ER 71.8%

My point? It’s the acuity of experience that matters, not the “name” of your ICU!
