## Caption

Ian, a fifth-generation English wheat farmer, is leading the way in sustainable farming with the support of the Nestlé Wheat Plan. By adopting regenerative practices like crop rotation, cover crops, and reduced tillage, Ian has improved yields and tackled the issue of black grass. Hosting Ian at our HQ recently, it was inspiring to understand first-hand how farmers like Ian are working toward a better future for food systems. 🚜 🌍
