As part of the 🌎 strategy Nestlé established a partnership with Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia 🇨🇴. They have been working on the implementation of the Nescafé Plan since 2010, today called „Grown Respectfully“. The plan in Colombia seeks to:

1️⃣ Increase coffee productivity, through the renovation of aging coffee plantations and growing new coffee🌱
2️⃣ Empower young people and women in farming 👩🏽‍🌾
3️⃣ Train the ☕️ farmers
