Do you know how nescafe ☕️ was invented? 🧐 Back in 1938, Nestlé was solicited by the government of Brazil to find a way to process highly perishable coffee beans. The country grappled with an enormous surplus of coffee. Producing instant coffee was a complex process: the volatile coffee aroma proved extremely hard to capture. After years of research, Dr Max Morgenthaler succeeded in making a powder that retains coffee’s flavors.
