Hi There! My name is Joy Sibanyoni, I'm an HR Generalist for Shared Services based in Bryanston, South Africa. My awesome journey with Nestlé started through the Nestlé Future Talent graduate programme where I had the opportunity to learn about the world of Nestlé through the eyes of the Human Resource function. I love reading, traveling and watching inspiring Ted talks to get me energized. I am also very passionate about supporting youth development activities which is why I help drive Youth Initiative opportunities and conversations in our Market. This week, I will also be attending the kick-off session of the Social Investment Accelerator Programme together with Nestlé and Ashoka.
