He is a farmer and one of our key partners in the ECO-Broye project. πŸ’§πŸ‘¬ He works some of the fields in the protected zone above the Henniez sources. On those lands he can’t use any pesticides or phytosanitary products, as they might pose a risk to the groundwater. He has switched from an intensive agricultural approach to an extensive, more sustainable one. His specialty are old cereals that are not only more resistant but can also be consumed by people who are gluten intolerant . πŸ’¦πŸŒΎπŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ„πŸ‘¨πŸΌβ€πŸŒΎβ˜€οΈπŸ’§ #EmployeeTakeover #Water #Henniez #Nature #Fields #GoodLife #waterstewardship #CaringForWater ## Stats - **Views:** 0 - **Likes:** 203 - **Shares:** 0 - **Comments:** 3 ## Credits No public credits are recorded here.
