The Mile World Record 🔜

Kipyegon will hope to set her third world record of the outdoor season when she travels to Europe for one of the Diamond League’s most prolific meets, the magical Monaco circuit 💎

The mile will present a new challenge for Faith Kipyegon, who last ran the distance at a Diamond League meeting in Oslo in 2016. Sifan Hassan’s 🇳🇱 current mile WR of 4:12.33 from 2019 in Monaco has remained untouched for the last four years. 

Will that change next month on July 21st when the 1500m & 5000m world record holder sets foot on the famous Stade Louis II track in Monaco?
