## Caption

These family style noodles are my version of jap chae and part of our celebration of #LunarNewYear. My inspiration was a classic Korean noodle dish, but more importantly the incredible Korean and Korean American chefs who are at the forefront of our current food culture: @chefroychoi @davidchang @choibites @kristenlkish @annbkool @atomixnyc @cotemiami @cote_nyc @yangbanla @benu_sf @sanhowon @joannagaines and more.
