## Caption

One of the best things I ate all year. A stout goose, rubbed with 5 spice and pricked a hundred times with a fork, roasted surrounded by 360 degrees of post oak. Basted with honey and wine before resting and slicing. Recipe on my website. Part of #wildgamekitchen Season 2
