This #GivingTuesday, let’s feed hope, feed spirits, and feed GOOD! Join me in supporting @cityharvestnyc —an organization that rescues and delivers good food that would otherwise go to waste, free of charge, for NYC families struggling to put food on the table. As a member of City Harvest’s Food Council, this work is especially meaningful to me because in a lot of ways, we do the same thing—feed people. Today, City Harvest is sharing a day in the life of one of their food rescue drivers—Tanoy, who is a lifelong New Yorker and first-time father to his newborn son.
