ARE YOU READY TO MEET THE 2023 ALLIANCE ALL-STARS!? 🤩 

The Alliance All-Star Team consists of the top 40 seniors within the Alliance Fastpitch. These athletes will compete in our third annual Alliance All-Star Game powered by @underarmourwomen played July 23rd at @fullerton_sb 😍

Our All-Stars are selected by the national committee spearheaded by Derek Allister, founder of @ondecksoftball, and representation from all Member Leagues. The selection process begins in the fall with an initial national “Watch List” and is narrowed to League All-Star Teams. The top 40 Alliance athletes are then selected from the final League All-Star teams.

Every All-Star athlete is signed to play DI NCAA Softball starting this fall. All Power Five conferences will be represented with the Pac-12 (nine athletes) and SEC (seven athletes) leading the way. Four mid-major programs are also represented!
