I shot this video yesterday @Bellecourmn while they were boxing lunch safely for dozens and dozens of folks who needed food and couldn’t cook for themselves. This is an exercise in community giving. This is not a profit center. This is a giving center. The entire independent restaurant community is GIVING when they do this. Supporting their employees and the community as a SERVICE to the greater good. I follow a thousand chef/restaurant accounts on social and I lost count of how many are setting up crisis funds and charities in the last few days.
