Strong currents are like a treadmill for salmon….it’s a big reason why the fish are tasty & healthy. When I visited @verlasso ‘s salmon farm on the Chilean coast of Patagonia, I was amazed by the power of the Humboldt current, which runs from the southern tip of Chile to northern Peru.
