Join me in supporting #JacquesPepin + the @jacquespepinfoundation. The JPF supports non-profit community kitchens that offer free life skills and culinary training to adults with high barriers to employment including homelessness, incarceration and substance abuse issues. These programs are a benefit to society that regains a detached worker; a benefit for the individual who gains confidence & employability; and a benefit for the food service industry that currently suffers from 650,000 job vacancies. 
Their second annual #FoundersDinner honoring Jacques featuring keynote speaker, the amazing and @nobelprize_org nominee @chefjoseandres, is officially sold out, but you can learn more about the Foundation by visiting their website (www.jpfbenefit.org). Donations made in April will be made to @foodbank4nyc culinary training program, and @_farestart #CatalystKitchens program, a collaborative network of impact-driven organizations and entrepreneurs that incubates, launches, and scales foodservice job training at community kitchens across the country.
