Food people - farmers, cooks, the next generation of culinarians - are going to save this planet, I'm convinced of it. That's why @Verlasso and @beardfoundation hosted a dinner and panel discussion with me about the #FutureofFood and #SustainableAquaculture at @SXSW this week. I prepared their beautiful salmon two ways - Gravlax and Crudo - with herbs from @edeneastaustin and topped it with my favorite sustainable Paddlefish Roe from Oklahoma and a seaweed butter #sxsw2019 #followthatsalmon #aquacultureplated
