## Caption

Fried rice at Din Tai Fung in Taipei is legendary and a must have... so said my brother @al.dente.life when we last ate there. The key is to order it “dry” where the kitchen lets it spend an extra minute in the wok. The crispy tender pork cutlet served on top is simply more DTF brilliance. @gojourny @ttb_na #journyxtaiwan
