This has been my #1 fave food at the @mnstatefair since it debuted a few years ago: Chicken in a Waffle by @bluebarnmn. The white meat popcorn chicken has a little kick that’s balanced out by the creamy country gravy. And there’s a surprise at the bottom 😜. I’d eat this baby anytime any place except maybe not inside the poultry barn 😬... Anyone else going to the fair today?
