I don’t eat a lot of potatoes and I’m not a huge tater tots fan, but these golden bacon stuffed tots @bluebarnmn are one of my new top five @mnstatefair. @stephshimp described them as having more of a twice baked potato vibe and that is spot on (I guess she should know😜.) definitely a shareable dish and perfectly paired with the strawberry mint Fro-lé.
