In this global celebration to recognise the invaluable contribution made by seafarers from all over the world, meet the warrior women at the helm of our Rainbow Warrior.⁣
⁣
Currently women make up just 1.2% of the global seafaring worldwide. While this number is slowly growing, there is still much to do to increase female participation in the maritime industry. Rainbow Warrior is a workplace proudly defying this trend. ⁣
⁣
GreenpeaceAP filmed the all-female bridge crew in April during a transit from Albany to Fremantle in WA, as part of their #WhalesNotWoodside campaign.⁣
