BREAKING: Greenpeace Nordic activists are blocking a ship that was about to transport Equinor's toxic oil water from Norway to Denmark! ☠️🛑

The state-owned Norwegian oil company equinor has been exposed: Every year it exports around 120,000 tonnes of produced water – a waste product from oil production that contains toxic and carcinogenic chemicals – to Norway’s neighbouring country Denmark. The dangerous oil water is discharged into Danish sea areas, where local fishermen have reported mass fish deaths. This is a fossil crime.

Greenpeace is taking action to stop this ongoing environmental disaster. We demand that Equinor stop its illegal export of toxic wastewater IMMEDIATELY.
