✨One of the most meaningful meals I’ve had in a long time @cafemomentum.dal

Café Momentum in downtown Dallas isn’t just serving up incredible food, it’s serving second chances. This nonprofit restaurant runs a paid, year-long internship for justice-involved youth, helping them build culinary skills and life skills through mentorship, education, mental health support, and financial literacy. 📚

Founded by Chef Chad Houser, Café Momentum is proof that restaurants can be agents of change. What started as a pop-up has grown nationally and was recently honored as the James Beard Foundation Humanitarian of the Year. 🙌

The food? Amazing. The impact? Even better. 🍽️
Every plate supports a future, if you’re in Dallas, definitely add this spot to your list.

We ordered the fried green tomatoes (a must!) the chipotle caesar salad, a steak and their jambalaya. Plus their avocado cheesecake mousse per our servers request. Everything was fresh and flavorful 😋
