A Love Letter to My Body 🖤 

For the past two years, my body has been on the most beautiful, challenging journey—carrying and nurturing life through back-to-back pregnancies. 3 babies later, I’m in awe of what my body has done. 

As I approach my 2-month workout mark with Titan Shape, I want to reflect on this journey and remind mamas out there to LOVE YOUR BODY WHERE IT IS NOW…EVERY STAGE—whether you’re bouncing back, building strength, or just surviving, EMBRACE IT! I’m learning to honor where I am while working towards where I want to be.

THANK YOU TO MY AMAZING TRAINER, Tania titanshape_ , for helping me rediscover and redefine myself. Thank you for pushing me, encouraging me, and believing in me everyday. SHE IS TRULY THE GREATEST! She is so selfless, she gifted us this “Love Yourself” photoshoot for her birthday—a true testament to her heart and passion for what she does. Tania, your support means everything to me 🥹💚 This shoot represents not just the hard work I’ve put in, but also the self-love I’ve poured into my soul. This is why I get up at 5am every day—to be my best self 💪🏾
