As I approach my 6 month mark I just wanna give a MAJOR THANK YOU to THE BEST DAMN TRAINER THERE IS titanshape_ BIG THANK YOU to canitralashae for inviting me try her class out on 6/26/23 when she saw how big my back was getting 😔

I absolutely hate working out but I’m very proud of my consistency for 6 months 😌 Tania, I know I don’t look like I’m happy to be here half the time but you have been a major blessing in my life! It’s times that I didn’t wana show up for myself but she will hold you accountable. She trains 60 women and she holds each and evey one of us accountable EVERY DAMN DAY! Don’t think she won’t notice you if you don’t show up, bc she will and will call you out in front of everybody😩🙈 Y’all her energy is CRAZY AND I’VE NEVER SEEN NOTHING LIKE IT! SHE BE ON MY ASSSSSSS and THATS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED! but not just about working out, about bettering myself all around, and not just me! It’s 60 women 💪🏽🙌🏽👏🏽 The community of women I’m around is AMAZING. THE COMMUNITY OF WOMEN SHE is BULIDING IS AMAZING. Y’all, I get up at 4am😒 Be tired as hell, wake up mad 😩😂and don’t be wanting to be there but titanshape_ has NEVER looked tired, or like she didn’t want to show up for us or had an attitude and that’s why I have to show up for myself EVERYDAY. I have never had a trainer to inspire me and push me like she has. SHE IS TRULY THE GREATEST!

I can go on and on about what she does bc the workouts is just a small portion, but she is truly a blessing. If you can’t go to the gym she now offering online training and I suggest you GET INTO IT 💪🏽
