Call me controversial, but I personally don’t think ‘diets’ work 🫢 now I’m not a dietitian by any means, but I personally feel they’re sustainable. There are many ways to eat healthy that don’t have to be restricting in so many foods and flavors to explore! So why limit yourself? 😊 just my humble opinion as someone who likes to eat healthy AND flavorful foods 🫶🏼
