5 THINGS I’LL NEVER DO AFTER MY HEALING JOURNEY/SPIRITUAL AWAKENING:

1. Listen to low vibrational music- AKA music that promotes violence against women or violence in general, glorifies substance abuse, graphic sexual anything really… Trash in, trash out 🤷🏻‍♀️
2. Judge my past and feeling shame- Working on myself and taking accountability for my whole life has allowed me to reconcile with my past and have peace in it. In other words, I had to forgive myself and move on 🫶🏼
3. Trying to fix everyone or give unsolicited advice- not everyone deserves your energy or is in a place to receive and that’s okay because that’s their journey 👏🏼
4. Go out to bars/clubs on a regular basis- People are drinking, not being self-aware.. and to me, that just sounds like a recipe for drama. NO THANK YOU 🙅🏻‍♀️
5. Worship celebrities, or putting them on a pedestal. At the end of the day, we’re all just people and no one is better than anyone 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

It’s crazy to look back at how different I was even a year ago, but then I remind myself that these sort of changes don’t happen overnight or all at once 🤍

Anyone else’s life change drastically when they started working on themselves?? 🙋🏻‍♀️
