Okay, confession time- Before I went through my divorce (and 
in previous relationships) I had ZERO inclination as to what setting a boundary meant or what it looked like in my life 😵‍💫 But therapy, self love, & healthy relationships have made me realize just how terrible I was at keeping them in place for my own protection.
It hurt me (at first) to draw the line and I lost a few friends when they wouldn’t accept my boundary. But I am at peace knowing I no longer have to tolerate anyone’s bullshit or mistreatment of me. 
So, if you’re reading this educate yourself on what they are, decide what your own personal boundaries are, set them in place, and watch the nonsense disappear from your life! .
