Friday- my second fav ‘F’ word. Does anyone want to try and guess the first fav? Jk, don’t do that 😂 REAL TALK this week I decided to once again be consistent on my workouts because the last few weeks have just been all over the place and booooooy my body HURTS 🥲 so one thing I’m trying to do is practice the attitude of gratitude when it comes to mobility and complimenting myself more. I find that telling myself I look good motivates me to care for myself better 👏🏼 I know it sounds sort of weird, and NO I’m not conceited 😂 I’m just trying to practice a little more self love 🤍 anyways, if you haven’t already told yourself how FINE you are DO IT NOW! Pick your fav feature and say ‘Dang, ____! I really love your ____!’ 🤍 instant mood booster! Love y’all!
