Body update 🚨 swipe to see the current measurements!
So if you’ve been following along for a while the last 2 months I’ve been working on getting back to health, and I am just popping in to give y’all my BODY MEASUREMENTS UPDATE! My journey hasn’t been 💯 allllll the time. Y’all see me EATING and y’all see see me have an occasional drink. And YES a lot of my progress is due to making better decisions for eating and NO I do not deprive myself. That is my BIGGEST thing going into this new lifestyle. 🤍Astonishingly enough my thighs stayed the same YAY! Because I refuse to have legs that look frail! 👏🏼
One thing I try and do when I feel bloated or feel like my habits have fallen off is to tell myself that I love me and am WORTH working towards bettering! 🤍 I love getting personal & vulnerable with y’all! .
