One of the simple things I find joy in: interior design ✨✨ As I choose each piece carefully for my home, I remind myself that I’m not just picking out furniture.. I tell myself that I’m a COLLECTOR! 💁🏻‍♀️ A few weeks ago I was chatting w/ a friend about my mid century furniture woes and whether or not to settle for a newly manufactured media console vs getting the credenza of my dreams… and what he basically said was ‘antique furniture will hold its value.’ and Y’ALL this blew my mind & left me shook! 🙌🏼 Moving into a new place is so exciting, until you realize you have to find things to fill in the empty space… which can get costly (trust me) so getting into interiors and sharing some of the things I chose to Splurge vs Save on the blog w/ cortlandliving |#Ad| #MyCortlandHome .
